摘 要

随着我国经济的迅速发展，人们的生活水平有了显著提高，生活节奏一天比一天快，汽车也成了人们生活中离不开的代步工具。而汽车作为一种高价位消费品，并非每一个需要的人都能拥有，所以就诞生了一种新的商机——汽车租赁业务。汽车租赁成为近年来兴起的一个新行业。为规范管理和经营行为减少经营成本提高工作效率开发汽车租赁管理系统变得十分有必要。该汽车租赁管理系统的设计目的是让繁杂的租赁操作变简单变高效。对于汽车租赁公司特别是资金不充分的企业尤为适合该系统带来的方便与效率化必然为公司减少财务支出提高工作效率。

汽车租赁管理就是对车辆信息和客户信息，员工信息的管理，主要包括车辆管理，、客户基本信息、保险公司管理、部门机构管理、员工信息，员工工资的管理，数据管理等，真正实现企业车辆信息管理的系统化、自动化和规范化。为了真正实现企业车辆租赁信息管理的系统化、自动化和规范化。本系统是在Windows XP环境下，采用B/S结构，以Sql2005为数据库开发平台，采用JSP(JAVA Server Pages)技术开发的。主要考虑最基本的车辆信息管理需求，应该具有如下功能：业车辆管理、客户基本信息、保险公司管理、部门机构管理，员工信息管理。拥有这些功能就基本上可以管理一个小型汽车租赁公司，让使用者管理汽车租赁公司更加自如、方便。

Abstract

With the rapid development of China’s economy, people’s living standards have improved significantly, the pace of life is faster than a day one day, car also became people life cannot leave the vehicle. The car as a kind of high prices of consumer goods, not everyone can have a need to, so I gave birth to a new business opportunities – car rental business. Car rental rise in recent years become a new industry. To standardize management and operation to reduce business cost efficiency development car rental management system becomes very necessary. The car rental management system is designed to let the multifarious lease change simple and efficient to operate. For car rental companies, especially the capital insufficient enterprise is particularly suitable for the system to bring convenience and efficiency for the company inevitably reduce financial spending, improve the work efficiency.

Car rental management of vehicle information and customer information, employee information management, mainly includes the vehicle management, basic information, customer, insurance company department of management, organization management, employee information, employee wages management, data management, etc., realize vehicle information management systematic, automation and standardization. In order to achieve the enterprise car rental information management systematic, automation and standardization. This system is in the Windows XP environment, adopt B/S structure, for Sql2005 database development platform, using the JSP (JAVA Server Pages) technology development. Main consideration the basic vehicle information management requirements, should have the following functions: vehicle industry basic information management, customer management, department, agency, insurance company, employee information management. With these functions are basically can manage a small car rental companies, for the users to manage rental car companies more comfortable and convenient.
