摘 要

随着步入二十一世纪,互联网技术日益的成熟与发展，形形色色的内容在互联网上展示，从淘宝的崛起在到游戏网络时代，一切发展都是那么迅速快捷，从八十年代的时候我们还拿着大哥大在打电话，完全无法想象现在信息技术发展的水平如此的快速，现在转眼望去八十岁的老人都拿着智能机，用着微信等等各样的APP，可见这个时代飞速发展的快慢，同时也正因为这些的崛起，人们步入了计算信息化时代的同时也出现了很多计算机犯罪。所以网络信息时代是一把双刃剑，比如网络上的黄赌毒等，隔着层层屏幕，却能让人悄然生息的被危害。
