比亚迪公司资金管理存在问题及其对策分析[论文]

摘  要

近年来，随着比亚迪公司各项目业务的快速发展，资产规模的不断扩大，资金流量的显著增多，对于一个经营现金流的新能源公司来说，资金管理的重要性日显重要。而与此同时，由于比亚迪公司脱胎于传统的大型国有企业，尽管上市以来比亚迪公司已采取了众多改进资金管理的举措，并取得了一定成效，但比亚迪公司在资金管理方面仍然存在账户数量庞大、清算手段单一、资金链条冗长以及管理模式粗放等短板。随着比亚迪公司经营发展的不断推进，原有资金管理体制弊端逐渐暴露出来，越来越不适应新形势下比亚迪公司发展的要求。本课题从分析比亚迪公司资金管理工作面临的客观环境与管理差距入手，积极研究如何通过逐步建立资金管理体系提高资金管理效率、防范资金风险、提升资金收益。通过课题研究明确构建资金管理体系的总体目标及新时期资金管理的职能定位，提出在不断加强制度、系统和人员建设的基础上，通过改革资金管理模式、加强账户管理、创新收支模式、建立资金计划机制、完善资金考核体制、加强资金监控与分析、提升融资管理定位以及搭建资金管理信息化平台，逐步建立符合比亚迪公司经营管理体制改革并能有力支持业务发展的资金管理体系。同时，比亚迪公司在资金管理方面存在的问题在保险行业企业中具有一定的典型性,因此通过对 比亚迪公司资金管理存在的问题进行分析,并提出改进对策建议,不仅对比亚迪公司资金管的改进具有指导意义,也对其他保险企业进一步改进资金管理具有较强的借鉴价值。

Abstract

In recent years, with the rapid development of BYD Company business project, the continuous expansion of the scale of assets, capital flows increased significantly, for a cash flow from operations of the new energy company, the importance of money management is increasingly. While at the same time, because of BYD Company bodiless in traditional large state-owned enterprises, although since the listed company, BYD has taken the capital management in numerous improvement initiatives and achieved certain results, but BYD Company in the management of funds still exist account huge number, single means of liquidation, capital chain is long and management mode of extensive short board. With the development of the Byd Co management, the drawbacks of management system of the original funds gradually exposed, more and more adapt to the development requirements of Byd Co under the new situation. This topic from BYD Company funds management in the face of the objective environment and management gap analysis of actively through the study of how to gradually establish a fund management system improve the efficiency of capital management, prevent financial risks and enhance the income of the fund. Through the research to construct explicitly the function of the capital management of the overall goal of the financial management system and the new period, put forward in continue to strengthen the system, based on the system and the construction of personnel, through the reform of financial management mode, strengthening account management, innovations in the mode of payment, establish fund plan mechanism, perfect financial appraisal system, funds to strengthen the monitoring and analysis, to enhance the financing management and financial management information platform to build, gradually establish conforms to the BYD Company management system reform and strong support business development fund management system. At the same time, BYD Company in the funds management of existing problems in the insurance industry has certain typical nature. Therefore, the problems existed in BYD Company funds management were analyzed, and put forward the improvement countermeasures and suggestions, not only of BYD Company funds tube improvement has guiding significance, for other insurance companies to further improved capital management has a strong reference value.
