摘 要

随着信息技术在管理上越来越深入而广泛的应用，管理信息系统的实施在技术上已逐步成熟。管理信息系统是一个不断发展的新型学科，任何一个单位要生存要发展，要高效率地把内部活动有机地组织起来，就必须建立与自身特点相适应的管理信息系统。

本文研究的大学迎新系统基于当前较为流行的B/S结构，采用java技术和MYSQL数据库进行开发设计。前台：校园资讯、系统简介、在线留言、教师风采、新生信息。管理员：校园资讯管理、新生信息管理、教师信息管理、宿舍信息管理、费用信息管理、留言信息管理、系统管理。教师：校园资讯管理、教师信息管理、宿舍信息管理、费用信息管理。新生：个人资料管理、费用信息管理、宿舍信息管理等功能。

本论文主要讲述了大学迎新系统开发背景，对该系统做了详细的需求分析和功能需求，然后对大学迎新系统进行测试和总结。业务流程、系统结构和数据库设计等方面的介绍。望能利用先进的计算机技术和网络技术来改变目前的大学迎新状况，提高大学迎新效率。

ABSTRACT

With the more and more extensive application of information technology in management, the implementation of management information system has been gradually mature in technology.
