摘    要

在信息高度发达的网络时代，吾爱人才招聘网系统在学生工作中，起到了举足轻重的作用。它增强学生和企业之间的互动性，加强学生和企业的沟通交流和探讨，给企业和学生提供一个就业与招聘信息、共享资源的平台。本系统就是基于这样的原则，构建了吾爱人才招聘网系统网站。系统以Html、.NET语言为依托，使用SQL server作为系统数据库，IIS作为服务器，利用Javascript作为脚本语言，采用Flash、Css样式美化页面。实现了在线交流、资源的上传和下载等功能。论文首先介绍了吾爱人才招聘网系统的现状和意义；然后对网站进行了可行性分析和需求分析，并介绍了吾爱人才招聘网系统网站所实现的功能；在对网站进行详细分析后，依次对各模块的具体设计作了一个简单的阐述；通过测试分析，该系统运行稳定可靠；最后对系统进行了总结和展望。

Abstract

Highly developed in the information network era, online job system in students’ work, play a decisive role. It enhances the interaction between students and enterprises, strengthening students and business communication and discussion, to the enterprise and provides students with an employment and recruitment information, resources sharing platform. The system is based on this principle, construction of online job system website. System based on the Html, NET language as the basis, using SQL server as database system, IIS as the server, the use of Javascript as a scripting language, using Flash, Css style beautification page. Implementation of online communication, resource upload and download function. The thesis first introduces the online job system status quo and significance; then on the site conducted a feasibility analysis and needs analysis, and introduced the online job system website functions; the site is a detailed analysis, in order to various modules of the design as a simple exposition; through test and analysis, the system runs stably and reliably; the last of system are summarized and prospects
