由于北京汽车限购令的出台，大批尚未采购的爱车人士将目光转向了租车行业，神州、一嗨、易到用车等出租公司租车大军异军突起。其实，早在自2010年下半年开始，中国一线城市的租车业早已出现在了人们的视线之中，巨额风险投资的进入、租车公司的广告轰炸以及租车的快速、还车便捷等优势，使租车出行也成为了一种新的生活模式。

顺风租车信息管理系统就是对车辆信息和注册用户信息的管理，主要包括站内新闻、车辆的基本信息、租车管理、系统公告管理、注册用户信息的管理等，真正实现企业车辆信息管理的系统化、自动化和规范化。为了真正实现企业车辆出租信息管理的系统化、自动化和规范化。
