摘    要

随着计算机技术的不断提升及网络应用的不断深入，基于计算机网络的交易越来越频繁，交易外延也越来越宽泛，渐渐的从实物交易扩展到技能交易。而随着网络技能交易的正式化，其工作流程成了威客网站运营商的一个大难题。

针对以上情况，基于互联网搭建一个威客平台来满足不同企业和工作提供者的需求将是一个比较好的解决方法，通过参考国内外著名的威客网站，使用.Net最新技术，开发出一套基于web的应用系统来支撑威客工作（翻译网站系统）的沟通和交流是一件具有现实意义的工作。

Abstract

At present the websites apply in each profession, along with the website vigorous development and the WEB homepage expressive force’s enhancement, the enterprise open-door policy and the enterprise system website’s construction already started to enter the domestic every large or small enterprise like ERP CRM and so on. Along with the business management technology’s improvement and the enhancement, this kind of website system will be more and more used and achieved the widespread attention.

Based on .Net translation website is precisely the company propagandizing network platform which in view of translator class unifies mutually with the business management, it is one kind the management platform based on the network B/S pattern and depending the Internet network environment which out of the time and space various limit. This translation management system website based on. .Net frame development, has the high expansion, uses the C# language under the developing environment of Visual Studio. After certain research, we realizes in the translation service procedure, the translation order chain-like function with high extendibility, and the end to end real-time encryption between the website client and server.
