摘    要

近年来，伴随着社会发展，人们生活水平越来高，于是开始饲养宠物，可是在越来越多的动物成为人们的爱宠时,流浪宠物也日益增多,其中流浪狗居多，已经成为了一个全民关注的问题。虽然公益组织已全力对流浪动物进行了救助，但是由于流浪动物数量，繁殖能力强，残害动物的现象无法禁止又缺乏总括性法律的保护，流浪动物这一社会问题始终无法根治。为了帮助这些流浪动物，让这些动物生活地更有尊严，同时让真正喜欢动物的爱心人士满足照顾动物的愿望，特设计制作了旨在帮助流浪狗的宠物爱心驿站，为保护流浪动物方面出一点力。

本网站系统采用B/S模式，基于ASP.net平台开发,后台数据库采用SQL Server2000,WEB服务器采用IIS 6.0。系统主要由以下几个模块组成：数据发布模块，数据查询模块，数据管理模块，身份验证模块，系统管理模块。系统实现了用户登录，狗狗信息、狗狗日记、狗狗寄养等信息的发布、修改，查询等，此外还有浏览狗狗日常护理、献爱心、在线留言等功能。使用本系统，管理员只需要通过浏览器访问就可以实现对宠物爱心驿站的操作，这些功能让使用者管理网站更加方便、高效。

ABSTRACT

With the rapid development of Internet technology, more and more commercial activities from the traditional realistic society development of the network. Housing rental business also took to the cyberspace from the real life. With this type of business, how to efficient the leased to premises, reasonable management this problem more and more apparent. Aiming at this requirement, this paper designs and realizes a set of house lease management system based on Web, makes every effort to concise to efficiently solve the problems in the housing rental management.

This system adopts B/S model, based on ASP.net platform development, background database using SQL Server2005, use IIS 6.0 WEB server. This system mainly consists of the following modules: data module, data query module, data management module, authentication module, system management module. System realizes the user login, information about the house, the lease terms, information modification, information query, message management, rental contract management, and other functions. Using this system, the administrator only needs through a browser to access can be achieved to the operation of the rental housing information management, the functions for the users to manage rental housing management system more convenient and efficient.
