在本次课程设计中,我们小组所开发的是企业人事档案管理信息系统。随着计算机网络的发展,企业人事档案方面管理越来越趋向于电子化和智能化,因此对人事档案管理系统的开发意义十分重大。它主要用于企业的档案管理工作,一般应用于企业局域网,分布在公司各个部门由专人负责管理。人事档案管理系统主要包含职工的个人自然情况,工作情况,简历及政治情况等各方面信息。主要是为人事档案进行服务,对人事的变动处理,有人事的资料、以及人事资料的查询和统计等功能。该系统本着操作简洁、档案输入读取方便、安全性高的思想原则,总体实现了员工资料查询、人事管理、人事统计、系统设置和联系我们五个功能模块。该系统的一大特色就是将对员工的管理和对系统各个子模块的管理分开,使得管理员的操作权限更加明确、合理化。
In this course design, our group developed the enterprise personnel management information system. With the development of computer networks, corporate management personnel file area tends to be more electronic and intelligent, and therefore the development of the personnel management system records very great significance. It is mainly used for enterprise file management, generally applied to corporate local area network, distributed in various departments in the company to manage by hand. Personnel records management system mainly consists of individual natural conditions of workers, work, resume, and the political situation and other aspects of information. Primarily for the personnel files for service, handling of personnel changes, there is personnel information, and personnel information, such as query and statistical functions. With simple operation of the system, the file input is convenient, safe in the ideological principle, the overall realization of the employee data query, personnel management, personnel statistics, system settings and contact us five functional blocks.
