摘 要

汽车保养管理系统就是为一个服务行业设计的一个实用系统。它为汽车用户们提供了一个很好的服务平台，并且给用户提供了综合性的交流平台。所以通过设计这个系统为我国汽车行业发展做出微薄之力。本汽车保养管理系统是给管理者提供一个简单的管理界面，从这个界面上可以合理的安排汽车用户的具体要求信息，为汽车用户提供一个合理安心的保养环境。

本系统主要是应用了jsp语言和mysql数据库来做这个系统的主要开发软件和技术支持。所以根据具体的系统要求我们做了以下的步骤进行研究：首先做一个可行性的研究；第二进行系统的详细调查和需求分析；最后做系统的总体设计和功能模块实现及整个系统的测试。经过分析设计测试，初步完成了一个汽车保养管理系统，并撰写了毕业论文。

Abstract

Automobile maintenance management system is a practical system designed for a service industry. It provides a good service platform for automobile users, and provides users with a comprehensive communication platform. So through the design of this system for the development of China’s automobile industry to make a modest contribution. The car maintenance management system is to provide managers with a simple management interface, from this interface can be reasonable arrangement of the specific requirements of car users information, car users to provide a reasonable peace of mind maintenance environment.

This system is mainly the application of JSP language and mysql database to do the main development of the system software and technical support. Therefore, according to the specific system requirements, we did the following steps for research: first, we did a feasibility study; Second, carry out systematic detailed investigation and demand analysis; Finally, the overall design of the system and the realization of functional modules and the test of the whole system.
