摘要：随着科技的飞速发展，计算机已经广泛的应用于各个领域之中，而且日趋普及。在学术会议领域内，计算机的应用已经十分广泛，各种智能会议设备都与计算机紧密结合在一起，主要应用于两个方面：一是设备的智能化，以硬件为主。另一种是学术会议管理系统的软件建设，以提高通用国际学术会议管理系统的现代化管理形象。

本文研究的通用国际学术会议管理系统基于当前较为流行的B/S结构，采用Java技术和MYSQL数据库进行开发设计。通过本系统，实现了不同权限的用户登录，包括用户、会议管理员、评审专家和管理员角色。管理员：系统用户管理、会议主题管理、会议管理员管理、会议信息管理、酒店信息管理、系统管理，会议管理员：系统用户管理、会议信息管理、稿件信息管理、评审专家管理，评审专家：系统权限管理、稿件信息管理，用户：会议信息、系统简介、在线留言、会议主题、酒店信息、个人资料管理、稿件信息管理、收藏信息管理、酒店信息管理等功能。本系统经过测试，运行效果稳定，操作方便、快捷，是一个功能全面、实用性好、安全性高，并具有良好的可扩展性、可维护性的通用国际学术会议管理系统。

Abstract：With the rapid development of science and technology, computer has been widely used in various fields and is becoming more and more popular. In the academic conference field, the application of computer has been very extensive, all kinds of intelligent conference equipment are closely combined with the computer, mainly used in two aspects: one is the intelligent equipment, mainly in hardware. The other is the software construction of the academic conference management system to improve the modern management image of the general international academic conference management system.

The general international academic conference management system studied in this paper is based on the current popular B/S structure, and USES Java technology and MYSQL database for development and design. Through this system, user login with different permissions is realized, including user, meeting administrator, review expert and administrator roles.
